1. Trailer cleared by CBFC

The trailer of Drishyam: The Conclusion has successfully completed the certification process and received a U/A 16+ rating from the CBFC. The promo reportedly has a runtime of 2 minutes and 52 seconds.

2. Goa set for a grand trailer launch

The makers are planning a special trailer launch event in Goa on September 8 or 9, with Ajay Devgn and the entire cast expected to be present. Interestingly, the trailer launch of Drishyam 2 was also held in Goa, making the location a meaningful choice for the franchise.

3. Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar

Ajay Devgn will reprise his iconic role as Vijay Salgaonkar, the family man who has repeatedly outsmarted the law to protect his loved ones.

The upcoming film promises to take the story of the Salgaonkar family into its final chapter.

4. The original cast returns

The film brings back key members of the franchise, including Tabu, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor. New additions include Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj, adding another layer of tension to the crime thriller.

The Drishyam franchise has revolved around Vijay and his family’s struggle to protect a dangerous secret after a life-changing incident.

With Drishyam: The Conclusion, audiences are expecting answers, twists and a fitting end to one of Bollywood’s most successful suspense franchises.

6. Abhishek Pathak returns as director

The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak, who also helmed Drishyam 2. The screenplay continues to focus on the franchise’s biggest strengths — strategy, suspense and Vijay Salgaonkar’s ability to stay one step ahead.

7. Release date locked

Drishyam: The Conclusion is scheduled to release in theatres on October 2, 2026, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti.
