Ajay Devgn is taking his action expertise behind the camera once again. The actor, who is headlining Jagan Shakti’s upcoming adventure drama Ranger, has reportedly stepped in to direct the film’s high-octane climax sequence after the makers felt the action finale needed a bigger scale.
Ajay Takes Charge Behind The Camera
Known for his experience with action films, Ajay Devgn has reportedly taken over the reins for the climax reshoot of Ranger. The decision came after director Jagan Shakti felt that Ajay’s understanding of action could help elevate the sequence further.
A Massive Jungle Battle Is Being Created
The climax is being designed as a large-scale action spectacle. The sequence features a jungle setting created on a massive studio set, with Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt facing off in intense action portions involving car chases, gun fights and hand-to-hand combat.
Ajay And Sanjay Dutt’s Face-Off
In Ranger, Ajay plays a forest officer fighting against wildlife crimes, while Sanjay Dutt portrays the leader of a group of poachers. Their confrontation is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the film.
Another Directorial Move For Ajay
This is not Ajay’s first time stepping into direction. The actor has previously directed films including U Me Aur Hum, Shivaay, Runway 34 and Bholaa, balancing his acting career with filmmaking.
Tamannaah Bhatia’s Special Appearance
After completing the climax, the makers are reportedly planning to shoot a special dance number featuring Ajay Devgn and Tamannaah Bhatia, which will bring the film’s shoot to a close.
