During a fan meet in Patna, Bihar, Sunny Deol treated fans to a nostalgic moment by recreating one of the most iconic dialogues from his 1996 blockbuster Ghatak while promoting his upcoming period drama Batwara 1947. The crowd erupted with cheers, proving that some Bollywood moments never lose their magic.

A Dialogue That Still Gives Goosebumps

Sharing the stage with his son Karan Deol, Sunny addressed an enthusiastic audience before delivering the famous Ghatak dialogue: As soon as he finished, the crowd roared in excitement, with fans chanting his name and reliving one of the actor’s most celebrated cinematic moments. The video was later shared by the makers and reposted by Sunny on his social media.

Promoting ‘Batwara 1947’

Sunny and Karan are currently travelling across the country to promote Batwara 1947, which reunites Sunny with director Rajkumar Santoshi nearly three decades after Ghatak.The film also stars Shabana Azmi, Preity Zinta, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh, and is set against the backdrop of India’s Partition.
