Before they became industry colleagues…There was a little intimidation. An old clip from Koffee With Karan has resurfaced online, where Parineeti Chopra candidly admitted that she was once genuinely scared of Katrina Kaif. And no, it wasn’t because of a fight or any behind-the-scenes drama it was simply because Katrina’s personality felt intimidating to her.

“She Was Petrified Of Katrina”

During the chat show, host Karan Johar brought up Parineeti’s fear of Katrina, and her Daawat-e-Ishq co-star Aditya Roy Kapur, who was seated beside her, couldn’t resist adding, “She was petrified of Katrina.”Parineeti laughed it off and explained that Katrina’s calm, composed, and reserved demeanour made her nervous whenever they crossed paths.

No Drama, Just First Impressions

Parineeti clarified that there was never any bad blood between them.In fact, once she got to know Katrina better, she realised the actress was warm and kind. What initially came across as intimidating eventually turned into admiration, proving that first impressions don’t always tell the full story.

The Internet Loves A Throwback

The resurfaced clip has quickly gone viral, especially as fans celebrate Katrina Kaif’s birthday. Many viewers found the interaction hilarious and relatable, with several pointing out that Katrina’s poised personality can easily come across as intimidating until you actually meet her.
