Singer Shaan has upgraded his Mumbai address with a massive luxury purchase. The singer and his wife Radhika Mukherjee have reportedly bought a lavish home in Bandra West worth around Rs 48 crore. Details of the property came into the spotlight after the transaction was handled by a real estate broker.

Shaan’s new home is reportedly a sprawling 6,300 sq ft residence located in a luxury tower in Bandra West. The property has been created by combining three apartments, giving the singer and his family a much larger living space while continuing their connection with the Bandra neighbourhood.

The residence is reportedly spread across approximately one-and-a-half floors, with two apartments interconnected and another maintained as an independent unit. The deal was registered on August 20 and was handled by property firm Propbay India LLP.
