Sonu Sood received appreciation for reaching flood-hit areas in Nepal and sharing updates about his relief work. However, some social media users questioned whether posting about his efforts amounted to self-promotion.

Responding to journalist Ajit Anjum’s criticism, Sonu kept his reply calm and wrote, “You are a good person, brother! Come to Nepal, both brothers will work together.”

When help comes with a camera, questions often follow. But Sonu Sood’s response was simple — instead of fighting criticism online, he asked people to come and see the situation themselves.

At the end of the day, the people affected by the floods need support more than they need a social media debate.
