The Drishyam story is heading towards what could be its final chapter. Ajay Devgn’s third film in the Hindi franchise has officially been titled Drishyam: The Conclusion, immediately raising the stakes for Vijay Salgaonkar and his family.
The Third Chapter Gets Its Title
The makers officially revealed the title through a poster featuring Ajay Devgn’s intense eye and the tagline, “Mera Sach, Mera Sahi, Sirf Meri, Family Hai.”
Vijay Salgaonkar Is Back
Ajay Devgn will return as Vijay Salgaonkar, the man who has spent two films staying one step ahead of the law while protecting his family. With the title suggesting a conclusion, the third instalment could finally bring his long-running story to an end.
The Stakes Are Higher
Drishyam 2 left audiences with plenty to think about, and the third film is expected to continue the story from there. The Hindi version is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 2, 2026, making the timing another nod to the franchise’s famous “Drishyam Day.”
The Franchise Is Going Full Circle
The Hindi franchise began with Drishyam in 2015 and continued with Drishyam 2 in 2022. Now, with The Conclusion officially attached to the title, the makers appear to be signalling that Vijay Salgaonkar’s story is finally approaching its end.
But Is This Really The End?
The title certainly suggests a definitive finale for the Hindi version. Interestingly, the Malayalam Drishyam franchise also has a third instalment, making the future of the larger franchise an interesting question even if the Hindi story is heading towards its conclusion.
KnowBuddys Take
Vijay Salgaonkar has spent two films proving that he can outsmart everyone. Now the title says this is the conclusion. Either this man is finally running out of plans, or he has one last trick we haven’t seen coming.
