Shah Rukh Khan’s sea-facing Bandra residence Mannat is undergoing a major renovation. The rear portion of the iconic bungalow is set to get additional floors, with luxury real estate developer Anand Pandit revealing that the expansion will add more built-up space to the property.

A Rs 25 Crore Upgrade

The renovation work is reportedly expected to add around 616.02 sq m of built-up area and comes with an estimated cost of nearly Rs 25 crore. The Khan family had temporarily moved out while renovation work continues at the legendary residence.
